3. All letters of credit are subject to the "Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits" (1993 Revision), International Chamber of Commerce Publication No.500, or any subsequent revision thereof adhered to by the Bank on the date the Credit is issued.

4. All collections are subject to the "Uniform Rules for Collections" as adopted by the International Chamber of Commerce. If any collection item returned to us with a claim for refund due to an alteration, a forged and unauthorized endorsement, or otherwise is not payable, and also when any collection item is returned or not accepted fully or partially by the payee, we reserve the right to recover from you the amount we determine to be our liability due to such claim.
